Your business screenshots are private by default. We use them to create your Roast Report—not to turn your account into someone else's content.
What we use
We use the information you submit—such as your business details, Instagram screenshots, optional handle, and answers—to fulfill your one-time Roast Report and help with delivery or access issues.
Screenshots stay private by default
We do not scrape Instagram. We analyze only the screenshots and information you choose to send. We do not publicly display your submission as part of normal fulfillment.
Marketing needs a separate yes
At intake, you can optionally allow anonymized report excerpts or screenshot details to be used in The Roast marketing. That consent is separate from buying the report, and declining does not change the report you receive.
How long we keep your information
We currently keep submitted material while it is needed to generate, deliver, and support your report. We do not publish an automatic deletion deadline because one is not yet enforced in the product. For a deletion or access request, follow the instructions on the Support page and include the email used at checkout.
