I bought a report but cannot find my intake link
Check the email inbox used at secure checkout, including spam and promotions folders. Search for The Roast or MadeThis. Your private intake link is in the purchase email.
I submitted screenshots but cannot find my report
We email your private report link when the report is ready. Check the same inbox, plus spam or promotions folders. Please wait for that email before trying to open the report page again.
Still stuck?
Reply directly to the relevant purchase or report email. Include the email used at checkout and the order reference, but do not include your private link in a public message.
